2. Scheduling
Each student is assigned a recurring “normal lesson time” based on their schedule and availability.
Once set, the normal lesson time cannot be changed until the start of the next calendar month.
The introductory lesson time slot is usually available to become the student’s regular time.
3. Teacher Qualifications
All instructors provide high-quality lessons.
Instructors with 10+ years of experience are available for +$50/month.
Instructors with less than 10 years are included at the standard rate.
4. Makeup Lesson Policies
Makeup lessons must take place before the originally scheduled lesson time.
Makeup lessons expire at the end of each calendar month.
If enrollment ends, all unused makeup lessons expire immediately.
Makeup lessons are not guaranteed to be with the student’s normal instructor.
Students cannot be owed two makeup lessons at once — if a second is earned before the first is used, the second is forfeited.
It is the customer’s responsibility to schedule makeup lessons before expiration.
Studio-cancelled lessons (weather, holidays, instructor illness) automatically receive makeup credit; these typically take place at the end of the month.
No refunds or transfers for missed lessons or cancellations without 24 hours’ notice.

5. Group Classes
Group classes cannot be rescheduled or made up — no refunds or makeups.
Students who disrupt the learning of others may be removed from the group (behavioral or skill-level reasons).
Joining a group is a commitment to the full project (typically a show). A student quitting can derail the entire group.
Group class fees are charged up front: $80/month × ~4 months = $320 per project (~3 projects/year).
6. Cancellation / Dis-Enrollment
30-Day Notice Required to discontinue enrollment.
Lessons will be charged for the full 30 days following notice, regardless of attendance.
7. Discounts & Additional Fees
Family Discount: $30 off per student per month when two or more family members share the same invoice.
Off-Peak Discount: $50/month off for lessons scheduled during 3–5 PM or after 8 PM (by request only).
Specialty Lesson Fee: Additional charges may apply for requests far outside the normal repertoire or requiring extensive prep.
